Introducing a unique architectural object to Collingwood,
Neue presents an opportunity to create a real sense of community within the neighbourhood. Designed for wellbeing and social engagement, it will nurture a natural connection between its residents and the inspired environment, a building that lets you feel the place you are in. Celebrating the virtues of creativity,
it is where people can be different, and truly be themselves.

Perforated metal screens create a translucent podium, providing privacy while draping the foot of the mountain in mystery. Floating above these clouds, a sculpted body of glass in the upper levels reflects and disappears into the sky. A layered interpretation of the metaphorical mountain, it is a building that does not give away its secrets, a vertical journey that surprises at every turn.

The Façade comes alive at different times of the day. perforated metal screens can be opened and closed for ventilation, privacy and light. At the top of the mountain, there is lush greenery, beautiful vines that act as a natural shading system, softening the framework and blurring the lines of construction.

Spacious Open Plan living areas deliver comfort and contemporary style, featuring a natural material palette, timber flooring and high standards of finishes. Outdoor Terraces flow fluidly seamlessly
from beautiful interiors, overlooking leafy treetops and the eclectic neighbourhood. Beautifully Crafted joinery and surfaces celebrate textures and grooves found in nature. Carved forms are reminiscent of the mountain, while fluted glass detail, brass trim and organic tapware echo crystalline and metal elements found in stone.
